Lioele Blooming Liptox

Eager to try something new??? This product is not exactly new but I am new to it. Especially the feeling you have when it sits on your lips. Just different! Natural Capsaicin as one of the ingredients, having this on your lips might be a challenge especially if you are a newbie to lip plumper.

The feeling with this on is totally different from having Soap & Glory Mother Pucker XL on your lips. Mother Pucker and Blooming Liptox are both lip plumper. Their job is to make those thin lips plums a little, creating more kissable lips.

Bought this out of curiosity and never thought I would actually like it. I was interested in getting this product, just to try out the applicator. Instead of doe foot or the brush this is a rubber wand. Plus the price is pretty reasonable (RM26.90) and it has gorgeous shimmer! Nothing to lose!

Like they said the first step is always the toughest. In this case the first application was a bit tough. Putting it on is easy...having it on is a whole different story. I literary feel as if I am rubbing a bird's eye chili on my lips! It was spicy! Having capsaicin as one of the ingredients.. I should have seen it coming.. My lips turns red instantly! Lol. 

 This is a totally different experience compared to the Mother Pucker XL. With that I feel as if my lips are vibrating. While this, it feels as if I just ate a bowl of super extremely authentic spicy Tom Yum (ahh~~ I am hungry!) 

The scent is minty and sugary but it doesn't taste sweet or disgusting. No minty taste as well. Tasteless to be exact. The Capsaicin effect will last for approximately 30-40 minutes. Once the effect is gone this will act just like any other lip gloss. The downside for me is, my lips adapt to it very fast. After a week of wearing it I barely feel anything... 


I love the shade very much as well! I do not look good in princessy pink. I look good in orange or bronze lip gloss and this is in pinky orange! Which is so pretty! It even have gold shimmer in it. 

Texture wise, it is not sticky. It feels a lot like a lip balm but thicker and in liquid form (get me?)

The colour is really really sheer. When I swatched it in the store I thought I have to layer this instead of wearing it on its own. But it turn out I was wrong. It does look good sitting on my lips all alone.

It made my lips look as if I am not wearing anything but a plain lip gloss! I like! Fake the au naturale look.

You might have probably notice that even though this is a lip plumper it doesn't add any volume to my lips tremendously. It just made my lips glossier. This is available in Lioele counter retailing for RM26.90 (4.5ml)

Like or hate will depend entirely on one's preferences. I personally love lip plumper even though they do nothing to my lips. The thought of having a lip gloss that can be double up as a lip plumper just makes me feel I have a sexier lips. LOL. Plus lip plumper is normally glossier and shinier!
